INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 5 oz. buffalo sauce
  • salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. Season the chicken breast tenders with salt, pepper and almond flour
  3. Beat 1 egg with 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg and then into seasoned almond flour
  5. Place chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until crispy
  6. Remove and serve
