Combine 1 tub (250 g) mascarpone, 1/2 can (192 g) condensed milk and 1 tbsp (15 ml) rum (optional).
Fold through 1 tub (250 ml) whipped cream.
Layer serving glasses or jars with 2 – 3 finger biscuits, 1/3 cup (80 ml) whipped cream mixture and drizzle with 2 tbsp (30 ml) strong, cooled coffee. Dust with cocoa powder and serve
